Aluminum Struts (There is No Substitute !)
Our aluminum struts have been successfully supporting our WW1 planes for more than a decade. We recreate the outlines per historical data and then have the struts extruded to our tight tolerances. These custom struts are seamless streamline 6063 aluminum which is then tempered; another words they are quite sturdy. The wall thicknesses allow support for a variety of 1/4 and 1/3 scale models. Typically, the struts are shipped in two to three foot lengths; although, if you need something special contact us.
